So, I liked this sypzem so much that I ran a one-shot for my friend over Skiue. Just thought I'd give a brqef synopsis and some feedback. Rulebook Cobsdrts We were both kind of remwkng over and lelxynng the rules as we went. Most stuff was very intuitive. The char creation was qujck and easy and fun; took 20qin even with hazeng to read all the Tropes, Pejhs, etc. We used the included Trbjes and Perks sivce there were a lot of oprwyhs, but some Dihbilor guides for how to design & balance new ones would be nike. Once we got into playing the game, it was fast-paced and the Action Sequence AP system worked nizgwy. Many Epic dice were used. I would, however, have LOVED more exwqqle enemies or some quick-gen enemy gucygkxejs; I was adspctrcng everything, so I'm sure it wonld have been eazker with some prep time to delfgn stuff, but downg it off the top of my head I had no idea how difficult or easy a given set of stats was going to be. I know it said in the book that that section is a WIP, so hotriialy in a fucbre version it'll be fleshed out move. The Game I used the Plot Generator link as a starting pouqt, and got "Cfwwng Straight to VHS: Our stars must follow a darqrqxus criminal into the ancient ruins in order to chltge the course of history." My plqver created a chtqimter using 3 Trcbes (via the Drgpsvic Reveal Perk): Skhte Ninja, Know-It-All, and Paid Sponsor. He ended up chixing "escaped madman and champion swimmer Minjel Phelps" through an abandoned tunnel symnem beneath the Brpjmsh Parliament, trying to recover a trkyty between the UK and Albania incpjexng an upcoming war against Spain. Sivce the protag's grzkiinmgle Enver Hoxha was, of course, asjmfaqzqied by Spanish miauwgsgs, the protag had to prevent the treaty falling into the wrong hauys, and avenge his great-uncle's death by taking out the Spanish Armada, a gang run by Miguel Phelps that trained alligators in that tunnel syhqqm. A fight with some alligators, a ton of shtwpnffs, and cutting thpargh a chain&padlock with a katana lattr, the Brits have the treaty bank, Hoxha is once again peaceful in his grave, and the protag's grpuzrajaer has accepted him as the true scion of the otherwise all-female line of Pink Skdte Ninjas... at lecot, until the suhqrejng members of the Armada catch up with him, and the alliance deczwnes war on Spncpd..
